  • Security: This option ensures that the package is delivered directly to the recipient at the shipping address and requires a signature upon delivery, providing an added layer of security.

3. Signature Not Required

  • Assumption of Risk: By selecting "Signature Not Required," customers accept full responsibility for any risks associated with the delivery of their package, including, but not limited to, loss, theft, misplacement, or damage, once the package has left our facility and tracking information has been provided.

  • Carrier Responsibility: Customers agree to address any shipping issues directly with the carrier. The Hemp Farmacy is not liable for any claims related to packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged once they have been transferred to the carrier.

4. Subscription Services

  • Renewal Requirement: Customers with subscription services must adhere to this shipping policy by renewing their subscription to include the "Signature Required" option if they desire this level of service.

  • Waiver of Right: Customers who choose not to renew their subscription services in accordance with this policy are waiving their right to a "Signature Required" delivery. Consequently, they will be responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged items once they have left The Hemp Farmacy distribution center.

  • The selection of "Signature Required" or "Signature Not Required" is binding and final once the order is placed.

  • By choosing "Signature Required," customers ensure a higher level of security for their delivery, subject to an additional fee.

  • By choosing "Signature Not Required," customers assume all risks related to the delivery process post-departure from The Hemp Farmacy's facility.

8.Free Shipping Policy

Orders totaling $100 or more (exclusive of taxes and after any applicable discounts) are eligible for free standard shipping, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

9.Seltzer Shipping Exception

For orders that include $100 or more in seltzer products, free shipping is provided up to a predetermined shipping weight threshold. If the total weight of the seltzer products exceeds this threshold, additional shipping fees will apply. These fees will be calculated based on the excess weight and reflected at checkout.

The company reserves the right to determine applicable shipping fees based on the product category, weight, and destination. Free shipping does not apply to orders where additional shipping fees are incurred due to weight restrictions or special handling requirements.
