Delta 8 is a minor cannabinoid while Delta 9 is a major cannabinoid. Delta 8 can be legally sourced from industrial grade CBD Hemp and is used to potentially combat symptoms of stress, pain and in some cases to help with appetite. Delta 8 is legal in many states while Delta 9 is federally illegal and is derived from Cannabis- which is federally illegal. Delta 8 is less potent but is psychoactive and can be ingested as a tincture, edible or pre-roll.
